Q: Where should I park?
A: At our Triangle location, free parking is available just across from us in the multi-level parking garage.
There is plenty of free parking near the Saltillo Lofts on either side of the Saltillo plaza or on the street on 5th or Comal.
If the space is free, you may also park in the covered space labeled #107 directly behind the lofts.

Q: What is your tipping policy?

offered by our therapists. Tips average between 15% - 25% of the service price. You may leave a
tip in cash or add it to your credit card at check out.

Q: How often should I get a massage?
A: Massage has a cumulative effect. While a single massage as a treat to yourself is wonderful,
regular massage - whatever the frequency - can lead to profound and long-lasting changes.
Depending on your personal preference, your budget, and your needs, you may choose to come every
week or just a few times a year. Everyone's needs are different, but generally speaking,
once a month provides "maintenance" of previous progress, while more frequent visits create more
long-term change. For acute issues such as injury recovery or chronic pain, frequent visits
are recommended initially.

Q: Can you treat medical conditions or injuries? If so, is insurance accepted?
A: Massage therapists cannot legally diagnose or treat any condition.
However, many of our therapists have extensive experience dealing with certain injuries
and medical conditions, and with your doctor's permission we can work with you to speed your
full recovery. We encourage you to consult with us to explore the appropriate treatment options
for your condition.
We will file PIP (Personal Injury Protection) claims following auto accidents,
and we accept HSA/FSA (Health Savings Accounts) cards. We do not accept other forms of medical insurance,
but we can provide you with the necessary documentation
to file for reimbursement. Please check with your company for benefits and any documentation requirements.

Q: I really need a massage, but I can't afford your rates. Is there anything you can do?
A: We offer a variety of packages at reduced rates, and we also offer a sliding scale on a case
by case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Q: I suffer from allergies or chemical sensitivities. Is your space safe?
A: We have done our best to make Myo a safe environment for those with sensitivities.
In our construction process, we used zero VOC paints and floating floor coverings; we clean our space and wash our sheets
with unscented natural products,
and we stock unscented hypoallergenic lotions. Since the building and our furnishings
are relatively new, however, it is impossible to guarantee that they have completely aired, and we cannot control
the scents other clients bring to our space. Certain of our products do contain essential oils.
Please feel free to come visit our space before making an appointment. With prior notice, we can also
remove all rugs, product containers and other questionable items from your treatment room. Alternately,
consider booking an out-call.

Q: I can't make it to my appointment. Is there a cancellation fee?
A: The cancellation policy is well defined in the Policies section of our website. Most services may be cancelled up to 2
hours before the service time. In case of late cancellation or no show, 50% of the service price (before discounts) will be charged to your account.
