Meredith graduated in 2004 from The Lauterstein-Conway Massage School's 550 hour program with training in Swedish, Deep, Structural Bodywork, Sports, and Shiatsu Massage. She has continued her education in Chair Massage, Zero-Balancing, Aromatherapy, Energy Medicine, and is certified in Reiki. Her style is gentle and soothing, while subtly accessing deeper layers, relieving long-held tension.
